STUDIO, a new co-working brand fully owned and operated by Tishman Speyer, launched its 2^nd location in Beverly Hills in May 2019.  Designed by Gensler, this new co-working hub caters to the entertainment executive and is located at 345 Maple Plaza.

In addition to work spaces and conferencing areas typically found in a co-working environment, this ground floor space includes unique specialty rooms, such as an audio mixing room, listening room and 17 seat screening room – offering specialized media production solutions to its tenants.

During the course of construction, several unforeseen delays occurred.  Perhaps the most significant challenge was leveling the floor while maintaining the client’s desire to keep the existing polished concrete flooring.  ECC developed a unique strategy to level the floor and ensure that the client desires were met on schedule and budget, while adhering to the specifications established for STUDIO brand standardization. 

ECC completed STUDIO by Tishman Speyer on a 21 week construction schedule.
