Miramax, an Entertainment Company known for producing and distributing films and television shows, selected a new home in Century City for its global HQ. Following a change in leadership, Miramax required a fresh new look to support their extensive external and internal rebranding efforts.
The primary objective was to deliver a beautifully designed, yet functional office under the constraint of an exceptionally aggressive, fast track schedule. With only 12 weeks to vacate their current premises, Miramax required a responsive and knowledgeable team that could bring their vision to fruition in a short timeframe. The client desired a timeless space that encourages collaboration and conversation across teams, celebrates its brand through positive and aspirational elements (such as its rich heritage film catalog), provides flexible solutions to accommodate for growth, and generates a vibrant employee culture that strikes a balance between the formal and informal.
