SAFETY
ECC is committed to having all projects completed with zero loss time injuries and zero incidents. A comprehensive safety plan is implemented on each project work site to accomplish this goal. Additionally, to ensure the safest project work site, ECC contracts with a 3rd party inspector to verify that our safety plan is not only implemented, but exceeds the safety standards set by local and state regulations.

COVID19 PREVENTION STRATEGY
To reduce the risk of exposure to Covid19, our project teams manage a comprehensive Covid19 prevention system, including symptom screening, extensive sanitation, thorough PPE use, physical distancing, and daily reporting.

PHILANTHROPY
We are committed to supporting the communities we serve. Giving back is an essential element of our culture. Our founder, Aram Arakelian, co-founded the IIDA Student Fund to ensure a lasting endowment exists to provide opportunity to local design students to realize their dreams. Additional organizations that ECC supports include USC Architectural Guild, Inclusion Matters by Shane’s Inspiration, Peace Over Violence, Autism Speaks of Southern California, IIDA Southern California, Vista del Mar Family Services, New Horizons, LA Mission, Fisher House, Junior Achievement of Southern California, as well as many others.
