A full service law firm, Munger Tolles & Olson required a distinguished and refined space for their LA office. Located at Two California Plaza in downtown Los Angeles, the new space encompasses 150,000 sf of hybrid office space.
Completed in 2017, this complex build out included 5 floors. Two primary floors are connected by the grand master staircase, an impressive structure encased in glass. Three additional floors are connected by a utility staircase and enable staff to move quickly between the floors. The new efficient space includes a multipurpose room with Skyfold technology, catering kitchen, conferencing center and over 30 conference rooms with video conferencing capabilities. Despite numerous challenges of a project of this size and scope, ECC mobilized by adding additional staff and working 24 hours, 7 days a week for the final weeks of the project in order to meet schedule. The result is a striking, beautiful law firm space that reflects the distinct Munger Tolles & Olson brand.
