Arnold & Porter, a global law firm renowned for their expertise in complex, high profile legal matters refreshed their existing downtown Los Angeles office located at 777 S. Figueroa.

Located on three floors, primary attention was paid to improving the interconnected stairway, reception area, as well as elevator lobby and conferencing areas.  Having worked with Arnold & Porter on its original buildout, ECC was honored to partner with the firm on this first generation space.

Under the design direction of HYL and executive architecture by Jacobs, ECC coordinated the project team across multiple cities to ensure the clients’ expectations were not only met, but exceeded.  Of unique significance was ensuring the firms’ extensive art collection was protected and highlighted in the new space.  The 24 week construction schedule was met, and Arnold & Porter moved into their newly upgraded space in March, 2020.
