1999 AOS, a premier office location in prestigious Century City is owned and managed by JMB Constellation.  A long time ECC client, JMB Constellation required a dedicated water chiller system for the Class A building.  Scope of work included two water cooled chillers totaling 2,000 tons capacity, 4 cell evaporative cooling tower, cooling tower enclosure, associated pumps, piping and machine room ventilation controls.
