Omaze is a creative enterprise that markets non-profit organizations through high profile online fundraising raffles.  In 2021 Omaze engaged ECC to build out their relocation office space at 4840 Alla Road.  Taking the entire two floor building, Omaze envisioned a home where they could expand their footprint and comfortably grow their digital business.

The open space is highlighted by a cafeteria “all hands area,” intended for use as a staff gathering and meeting room.  Lounge and stadium seating compliments the kitchen break area and is equipped with a large drop-down projection screen.

Individually built out conference areas were constructed throughout, each named after a specific Omaze campaign. Opting for a constructed solution, versus a modular one, Omaze was able to break up the open space and control sound reverberation, while providing sturdy and secure meeting / conferencing areas.

Originally a 22 week schedule, due to shifts in client direction, the entire project spanned 26 weeks to accommodate the necessary changes.  Unfortunately, the client moved operations to the United Kingdom before the project was complete.  Never occupied, the resulting space is beautiful, light filled and open. The entire building is available for sublet and ready for its next tenant.
