Manulife, a long time ECC client, desired a South Bay corporate office that embodies the natural elements of coastal living.  Designed by HLW, the brightly lit space incorporates earth tones throughout with high-end textures and materials.

Despite the tight 14-week timeline, ECC completed the tenant buildout on schedule and within budget. This achievement was made possible through meticulous planning, efficient project management, and close collaboration with Manulife as well as the landlord.
