As Founder of Environmental Contracting, Aram Arakelian was responsible for the innovation and leadership that has made ECC the premier general contractor in Southern California. Aram has always been a driving force in the interior construction industry and many of his innovations have become industry standards.
Aram established the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Southern California Chapter Student Scholarship fund in 1991. His philanthropic efforts have been recognized by IIDA with a Lifetime Achievement Award, and Los Angeles Area Council Boy Scouts of America with a Distinguished Good Scout Tribute. Pepperdine University awarded Aram with a Doctorate in Philanthropy in 1994.

JACK JIBILIAN
PRESIDENT & PROJECT MANAGER
Jack, as President of Environmental Contracting, focuses on the firm’s core business strategy and continuing the ECC legacy. Having joined Environmental Contracting in 1996, Jack brings his passion for design and architecture to every project. His meticulous attention to detail and his proactive management techniques have greatly contributed to ECC’s success. Jack remains actively involved with a limited number of projects while working closely with our project teams to ensure that every project exceeds our clients’ expectations.
Jack attended the USC School of Architecture and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

ARA BEDROS
VP OF OPERATIONS & SAFETY MANAGER
Ara joined Environmental Contracting as one of its first employees and has excelled as a Superintendent, Project Engineer, and Project Manager before his current role as Vice President of Operations. Ara manages all administrative aspects of ECC’s operations. Due to his relationships with various Building Departments throughout Southern California, he also obtains all project permits. As a LEED AP, Ara implements and manages ECC sustainability standards through both administrative operations and project execution.
Ara obtained a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health and Occupational Safety from California State University in Northridge.

GARO MITILIAN
PROJECT MANAGER
Garo is an accomplished construction Project Manager with a strong record of producing quality projects. Garo joined Environmental Contracting in 2012, bringing over 25 years’ experience in architecture and construction as a registered Architect and licensed General Contractor. His deep construction knowledge and attention to detail give him the ability to provide innovative, cost effective solutions for each client, while retaining the integrity of the design, budget and schedule.
Garo obtained a Bachelor of Architecture from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona.
