FEBRUARY, 2022 – Los Angeles Business Journal recognized two ECC leaders in their 2022 Women of Influence features.

Senior Accountant, Clory Arana was recognized as a Woman of Influence:  Finance.  As an immigrant from Bolivia, Clory brings unique perspectives and insight into everything she does. One of ECC’s first employees, Clory has built her finance career over 30 years, greatly contributing toward the growth and success of the firm.  Her passionate and thoughtful leadership inspires all who work with her.

Business Development Director, Kristen Mays was recognized as a Woman of Influence: Construction, Architecture,  Engineering.  For nearly 20 years, Kristen has given of her time and talents toward multiple Los Angeles-based nonprofit organizations and as a professional mentor to junior professionals in the A/E/C industries.  With her strong work ethic, combined with a love of people, she has earned a strong reputation for excellence in all she does.
