Cross Campus, a co-working and collaborative environment catered to creative professionals, required a space to serve the Pasadena area. The design intent developed by Klawiter & Associates was to provide a creative work environment suitable for private office as well as collaborative work and professional networking.

The historical building situated in Pasadena’s Old Town, required a high level of attention and detail. Working closely with Rising Realty, as well as structural specialists and engineers, delicate construction methods were employed to preserve the integrity of the building.

Cross Campus occupies two floors (built-out simultaneously) and includes open work space, kitchen, collaborative teaming areas, as well as private offices. ECC worked diligently on the 12 week construction schedule despite unforeseen structural challenges discovered within the building.
