IIDA STUDENT FUND PROGRAM – The need has never been greater!

2020 was a year like no other.  As we adapted to a new way of working, local design students navigated their way through distance learning.  The need for mentorship and scholarship has never been greater for these bright stars!  The IIDA Student Scholarship Program has been celebrated for over 25 years to benefit our local design community.  The program, co-founded by ECC founder Aram Arakelian, was created to help local design students stay in school, pursue their dreams, and ultimately make lasting contributions to our industry.

Over the past 25 years, we have awarded over $425,000 in scholarships.  We are asking for your help to keep this very worthy program going – in such difficult times for our students.

This year, IIDA SoCal anticipates awarding $40,000 in scholarships.  The recipients will be announced at the IIDA Calibre Awards in May 2021.
