Project Management:

Our project management philosophy is to have administrative continuity throughout a project. As such, our Project Manager handles all phases of the project bidding and contact administration from preconstruction to finish. This approach allows for more comprehensive and accurate subcontractor bids..

 Environmental’s project manager, in partnership with the design team, will establish a pre-qualified subcontractor list. The project manager will also prepare bidding criteria and instruction before soliciting competitive bids from the pre-approved subcontractors.

 Upon receiving the subcontractor bids, our Project Manager will review the bid scope of work, and exclusions to ensure that bid amount is correct.

Our management team will manage and monitor the entire submittal process so as to ensure the products being ordered are in compliance with the design documents, and that are delivered on schedule.

At the conclusion of the project, our management team will compile and distribute the project close-out package.
