Our philosophy is to maintain administrative continuity throughout the project with our Project Manager handling all phases of the project bidding and contract administration. This approach supports the design team during the preparation of the construction documents, contributes to the ability to obtain more comprehensive subcontractor bids and controls costs during construction.

Once construction starts the Superintendent provides overall onsite direction for the project. They understand the importance of working effectively with others to maximize results of the project. Our goal of a punch-list free project is reached by addressing quality control from day one. In this manner, issues which might impact budget or schedule are quickly identified and resolved.
We know that our clients want a smooth transition into their new space and we make every effort to bring a quick and complete closure to the project. We remain on board to help the client with the transition into their new space and are there on the first day of business to make any minor adjustments and explain any new feature requested.
